The virtual Summer School for this year is a comprehensive 10-week program centered on Alternative Education for a Just Future. Commencing on June 28, 2025, the program is specifically tailored for Farsi-speaking educators engaged in formal, non-formal, and informal educational contexts. This year’s curriculum will examine the role of education as an instrument for justice, inclusion, and social transformation through a combination of expert panel discussions, interactive workshops, and a specialized course on alternative education design. Led by TAP (The Alternative Project), editors and authors of NORRAG Special Issue on alternative education and other global experts on education alternatives, the participants will learn about important themes such as theoretical frameworks for alternative education, the application of education in advancing social justice, insights from practical experiences, and the development of locally relevant educational models. The program incorporates both synchronous and asynchronous learning components.
